Staying on the Strip wasn't important to us. * WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! * Six days prior to arrival I looked on TripAdvisor((TA) to find a good 4 star hotel in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend for any extended stay in Las Vegas. Aliante charges less than $10 which includes free coffee.imagine that for Vegas. Aliante has all the resort features such as pool and spa that you would find in town but without the prohibitive 'resort' fees of $20 + per night. Sufficient restaurants so you won't be bored on site and a fast food court on site plus a Regal movie complex. Easy arrival procedure that from valet parking that takes only a few steps to the desk and then to the elevators so one does not have to trek through the casino. The front desk staff appear to be well trained and very friendly. There is a sense of true security in the halls. The rooms are clean and well furnished, not tacky at all. The Casino is clean, spacious and because it is new, it does not have the cigarette smoke built into the walls. Yes, it is not convenient for 'Strip' visitors but outstanding for longer stays or visitors to the area. If you know the area and have a car it is about 15 minutes to the strip. Aliante Casino hotel is located right off the 215.
